Global Samaritan Resources teams with Jeremiah's Hope to aid Ukraine

Global Samaritan Resources is teaming with Jeremiah's Hope, a group that provides help to orphans, at-risk youth and vulnerable people in Ukraine, for relief efforts, the Abilene charity said Thursday.

The groups plan to offer relief for Ukrainian families and orphans seeking refuge in Poland by providing buckets filled with essentials.

Each bucket is valued at about $40, and consists of:

Donations toward filling the buckets and logistics costs are being accepted and can be made at globalsamaritan.org. Checks may be mailed to P.O. Box 3431, Abilene, TXs 79604.

The effort is expected to be ongoing and volunteers are needed once supplies are collected. Those interested can sign up at www.globalsamaritan.org/volunteer-form.
