CXT8113 natural is a high purity, high transparency, amorphous, thermoplastic polyamide, based on cycloaliphatic monomers. Compared with semi-crystalline nylon, CXT8113 avoid crystallizing by selecting specific monomers and becomes an other amorphous polymer which has high transparency. Meanwhile, CXT8113 combine the properties of semi-crystalline nylon and amorphous nylon which makes it be the first choice in the present market.
It is available in the form of small, free flowing pellets in 20 kg foil-lined bags.

Notes CXT8113 has been fully dired before they leave the factory and the moisture content ≤1‰. It can be bring on stream directly in case of undamaged packaging.
Don't expose the material to air for long time or damage the packaging to protect the materials from absorbing the moisture in the air. High moisture will cause overflowing of the molten materials during the process and the generated bubbles will form the ripple on the surface of products.
It should be stored in dry warehouse at 25ºCwith the perfect seal and packaging. This material will be oxidized and yellowed as the storage temperature is long-term higher than 25ºC
Process of Drying
Equipment Requirement CXT8113 is an amorphous nylon resin which can be processed on conventional extrusion, coextrusion, injection molding or blow molding equipment that is designed to process nylon or polyolefin resins.
Screw We recommend to use the anti-wear protection, with a one-way valve nozzle, general purpose (3 heating zone) screws.

Injection Volume Injection volume must be longer than shoot back in the absence of return flow metering. Maximum mold filling capacity: approximately maximum injection volume × 0.5-0.9
Heating Section There must be at least three independent heating zones with independent temperature regulation in order to make the temperature be able to reach 350°C, meanwhile, the feed nozzle temperature must be adjustable (cooling device).
Nozzle While the open nozzles are simple, flowable and durable, it will intake air and generate oxidation reaction when the screw goes through the metering section, so, the needle valve nozzle is suggested.
Clamping Force
Mould Mould design principles are same as transparent thermoplastic plastic.Typically the cavity steel must reach 56HRC and anti-abrasion measures is recommended in the high-speed flow mold portion.
Gate and Runner In order to accomplish the desired dosing and avoid shrinkage of finished product, it is recommended to set the gate in the center of the thickest part, pin point gate and tunnel gate are more economical, but the mold design requires a higher technical level.
Process The high injection speed and extension of pressure time is needed in order to get a better surface and a stronger joint line . Injection speed should be properly adjusted to avoid the excessively high injection speed during the end of molding cycle. Cooling time should be sufficient under the low speed and low pressure .

EU certification CXT8113 transparent nylon resin is up to the standard of RoHs, REACH and possesses the non-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHS) test report. It also meets requirements of SVHC and can be applied in the area of food contact, water contact product.
Safety & Handling CXT8113 has no irritation for skin. We should adopt enough ventilation to remove the smoke that may hurt peoples' eyes, nose, throat, and upper respiratory tract in the work area. Mind your hands and other exposed parts of the body under high-temperature processing. If molten resin exposed to the skin, apply cold water or ice to lower the contact parts. Don't try to stripped solidified resin from the skin and the burned area should be treated. Cleaning timely the scattered resin particles to prevent the pedestrian from falling because of its slippage.
It has no special requirements for the processing of waste, we can process by sanitary landfill or put into the incinerator. Disposal of waste should comply with regional, provincial and national regulations.
